Dizziness. Diagnosed As Benign Positional Vertigo. Due To Neck Muscles?

My head has a dizzy feeling but it really does not fully match the diagnosis I was given by the ER doctor, which was Benign Positional Vertigo. I also feel like my head is going to pop open and I have a dull headache, I just feel very weird. Could it be something caused from my neck which I think is messed up in the way of very tense muscles, etc.?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in the neck, tense muscles and cervical spondylosis can cause the dizziness and the symptoms that you are having. In addition to the anti vertigo treatment, isometric neck exercises will help.
