hi thank you for the query madam I have gone through your query and understood your concerns ...after going through your query I want to assure that you are not exhibiting the signs of diabetes...periods of dizziness and blood glucose level of 56 and rising to 80 after you ate a sandwich...I call these triad as whipple's triad classically seen in hypoglycemia..and hypoglycemia has nt numerous reasons one of them will be your age infections adrenal disorders drugs like alcohol skipped over night meals so I think none of these could be the cause of your low blood sugar levels consult your GP and get complete blood work up done wish you good health hope I have answered your query regards DR Alekhya
