General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
We require energy ( carbohydrate or food in simple) for day to day work.
If we work without food intake or energy, the body will use stored energy ( calories) and stored energy is fat ,protein carbohydrate.
Naturally ,if you haven't taken energy from other sources than stored energy is used and this is a stage we call Hypogycemia ( less amount of sugar or glucose in blood).
When hypogycemia person develops dizziness , restlessness, fatigue.
Normal blood sugar level is 70-110 mg/dl.
Hypoglycemia means less than 50-60 mg/dl .
If sugar level comes very low 20-30 mg/dl , than it may be dangerous for life.
You are a not a patient of hypoglycemia.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will help.
Good luck.
Dr. HET
