Dizziness, Blurred Vision, Nausea. History Of Grizzle Sound When Turning The Head, Joint Pain. Suggest

38 yr old male having dizziness, blurred vision, nausea. About 2 wks ago when he would turn his head to left and right may a grizzle like sound.<----- (That has went away).B/P 110/80 Pulse 86. Has experienced joint pain over last yr or so. Had a tick on back last summer still has a little red spot and hard area where tick was removed.
