Dizziness, Can Sleep Only On Left Side. Taking Vertin Medication, Neck Physiotherapy. Treatment?

Hi! My mother is filling spinning in head for last Two months. She has been treated with Vertin Tablets and Physiotherapy of neck . She is 65 years old. Her problem is that She can sleep only in the left direction. But when she tries ti turn right she if filling huge spinning sensation. After that spinning she is filling very unwell

Dear Chandan, hello.
If your mother is having vertigo in one position, it is Positional vertigo. It happens in one direction and is relieved in change in posture. Also get ENT checkup due to other causes of vertigo.
Also have an MRI neck done.
