Dizziness, Hypothyroidism, Vagal Response Upon Strainful Bowel Movement, Abdominal Pain. Taken Lisinopril. Had Hernia Repair
I have been feeling dizzy for nearly a year. Sensation comes and goes - when I an distracted. I have hypothyroidism for 10 yrs, but take lisinopril. Also have vaso vagal response when strain with a bowel movement.
Had colonoscopy which perforated bowel in two places, emergency repair but didn't heal until one year later with wound vac. Giant hernia developed. Three months ago had hernia repair surgery with diastasis.first op failed, had to have a repeat.
Now my bowels don't wrk properly. And I am full so scar tissue which causes bad cramps. Gas, then severe abdominal cramps, then urgent need to go. An hour later, the same thing. And then a third time. Once a week I must vomit during bowel movement

I am really feel pity for conditions you have If I would be your doctor then I would surely manage the each condition according to the priority as for example hypothyroidism does not fall in emergency just a single drug is needed in this case you might be taking that, for other conditions that also not considered as a emergency, so I could better manage that with conservative line of treatment only reaming part of the treatment is functional problems for that I would suggest to have opinion from good psychiatric, and you will be alright you can discus this with your doctor have nice day.
