Dizziness, Lightheadedness, Foot Pain, Low Blood Pressure. No Diabetes. Diagnosis?

will i be charged for this consultation? i ve been feeling dizzy , lightheaded. but not like the world is spinning. i have foot pain . i don t have high blood pressure but my blood pressure is going down. like in july i have 116/82 then in early August it was 108/62 yesterday it was 104/60. i am not diabetic. I am 69 years old . please diagnose. thank you very much.

Hi ! Good afternoon. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

It appears that your symptoms are more or less related to your nervous system which could be due to very many causes. As you are not diabetic, we can exclude hypoglycaemia from this group.

If I would be treating you, I would to for a complete cardiac check up for you along with a carotid doppler and an MRI brain if need be to exclude TIA ( Transient Ischemic Attacks). I will also advise a serum lipid profile for you.

In the mean time, when you get yourself investigated, there is no harm in starting aspirin as a blood thinner to prevent complications arising out of the above conditions.
