As you are not diabetic, we can exclude hypoglycaemia from this group. If I would be treating you, I would to for a complete cardiac check up for you along with a carotid doppler and an MRI brain if need be to exclude TIA ( Transient Ischemic Attacks). I will also advise a serum lipid profile for you. In the mean time, when you get yourself investigated, there is no harm in starting aspirin as a blood thinner to prevent complications arising out of the above conditions.
