Dizziness, Pain In Head, Blurry Eyes. Advise?

Good afternoon,
I have been experiencing a feeling of dizziness when I turn my head to the left both when I am lying down, sitting or standing. I feel that if I don't quickly turn and face forward I might pass out. I am the type not to complain and just think it is a pinch nerve or maybe I have slept wrong but it has been going a for several months now. Then last night I was wrestling around with my 13 years old son, nothing that would have jarred me but when I stood up I had the most excruciating pain in my head that went from the base of my neck to the top of my head to the point where I was very concern what was happening. Another note is that my eyes have been slightly blurry on and off. Any thoughts?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some osteo-artheritis changes in your cervical vertebrae causing some pressure or irritation on nerves giving rise to this problem.
Go for x-ray cervical region and find out the cause.
Avoid using pillow below your neck.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Ok and take care.
