Dizzy, Lightheaded, Shortness Of Breath, Difficulty In Speaking. Have Epilepsy. Meet Doctor?

I am 33 years old epileptic, 67 inches and 210 lbs, I am dizzy light headed, short of breath, nausea, tremors, having hard time speaking or finding my words and if I do talk they come out scrambled I am tired but cannot sleep? I am not allowed to drive due to the epilepsy should I have someone to take me to the dr? or ER?

If you are epileptic patient then you must be on some kind of medicine for this, or if you do not taking any medicine then I would advise you to first get it confirmed whether it is Epileptic seizure or not if it proved then you start the medicine as early as possible, with drug every thing will be okay you will be able do the routine and may not be having problem in speaking too even you can drive the vehicle do not worry every thing will be fine with the treatment have nice day.
