49 YO MALE, LAST TWO YEARS BEEN EXPERIENCEING SEVERE DIZZY SPELLS AFTER EATING LARGE EATING OUT TYPE MEALS, ALSO SAME TIME NOTICED E.D. CONCERNS AND NOW HAVE LOW BLOOD PRESSURE. i ALSO HAVE POOR BLOOD CIRCULATION INTO HANDS AND FEET. AM ON LISINOPRIL 5MG ALONG WITH LORAZAPAM 1 MG, i BELIEVE MY CONCERN LYS WITH REACTIVE HYPOGLAUCIMIA AND POST PRANDIAL HYPOTENSION. WHAT MEDICATIONS OR PROCEDURES DO i NEED TO HELP LESSON THESE FEELINGS
