Hi,

Noted the history about your daughter having stomach bug and getting alright but in your case the symptoms continued. You have still feeling dizzy and have nausea too.
It is possible that there is electrolyte imbalance in your case hence the dizziness. Or the viruses affected the vestibular apparatus of the ear and thus causing dizziness.
I would advise you the following in such a case:
Get the blood tested for CBC, Electrolytes, sugar, kidney and liver functions.
Also get stool tested.
If there is any evidence of electrolyte imbalance then get treated with electrolyte solutions orally if the nausea gets under control with a PPI like Omeprazole and Domperidone.
Antibiotic cover if there is any evidence of an infection.
Symptomatic treatment with Cinnarazine for dizziness.
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and correlation with the reports to get an appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
