General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
The drugs used in the treatment to reduced high cholesterol level (Atorvastatin), Ulcerative colitis (Mesalazine & Canasa), intermittent claudication (Cilostazol) do not contain sulfa-sulfur or sulfate.
The muscle spasms could be due to the medication Atorvastatin which needs to be replaced with other drug to reduce your high cholesterol levels.
Kindly consult your treating physician for the alternate effective and a safer medication for the high cholesterol level.
