Hello! I read carefully your query and understand your query.
Symptoms like vertigo, vision problems might be related with many possible causes. If I were your treating doctor I would first try to rule out the most common causes including: -Blood pressure oscillations. -Anemia (run a complete blood count to exclude this) -Diabetes (blood sugar test is needed) -Inner ear problems -Cervical colon conditions
Since vertigo is a symptoms that interfere with you daily activities and can risk you for dangerous fall, it need to be evaluated. The lump in your back also need to be evaluated. I suggest to consult a physician and get examined.Physical examination is very important to determining the cause of your symptoms.
Hope my answer has helped. Take care. Dr.Rovena Murati
