Do I Need To Worry About Hemangioma That Was Removed But Has Reappeared Now And Is Very Painful?

I had a hemangioma removed from my lower back approximately 8 months ago. About 4 months ago I started feeling pain in my lower left hip. I associated it with some type of arthritis. The pain is not going away but feels better after I workout on my treadmill for about 30 minutes. Tonight I realized the site where my hemangioma was removed has come back and is very painful. It's raised and purple/pink in color. At age 19 (I'm now 59) I had a pre malignant melanoma removed from the right side of my stomach. Do I need to worry about this hemangioma ?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your worry and I would say you that as such you have history of hemangioma of course removed and you are facing the problem from the same site, the chances of reappearing of this lesion is very less but still why to take chance better to have look for this again, have test done, and for that better to have a words with your doctor have nice day.
