I have Bipolar 1 disorder for 3 years and I am many medications, Lamictal, Latuda, Flurazepan, Venlafaxine, Mirtazapine, and Pravastin for high cholesterol. the past three weeks, I suddenly feel exhausted, with heavy eyes and I never know when this is going to happen. today I was out driving when, wham I suddenly felt my eyes get heavy and I had to stop and try to close my eyes to rest them for an hour. still had trouble driving home. after an hour I slept for two hours and now I feel exhausted again. do I have side effects from the meds or is something else possibly going on.?
