Do PCOS Cause Irregular Periods, Weight Gain And Dark Patches On Neck And Underarms?

Do I have PCOS? I am obese. However, I recently gained weight due to holidays. I can lose weight so long as I follow a good diet and work out routine. I have dark patches on neck and under arms but i think it is dirt cus i scrubbed it off with a q-tip. Not experiencing much excess hair. None on neck, or chest. but I do secondary amenorrhea. This is the longest i been without a period. My hormone levels are normal.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, these are not the symptoms of PCOS neither PCOS have any specific clinical symptoms it can only be detected by ultrasonography test, for other symptoms also it is not the indication of any disease and not related with the hormone levels so over all these are nothing to worry, hope this information and advise helps.
