Do Sertraline And Tramadol Increase The Risk For Seizures?

I'm a 32 year old female and I take 150mg of Sertraline and 100g of Lamotrigine. I also take .50mg Clonazepam PRN (haven't taken one in about three days). I suffer from muscle spasms in my lower back and neck and I had to take 50mg Tramadol about four hours ago because I had taken 200mg Naproxen earlier but it didn't help. I've read that taking both Sertraline and Tramadol can increase the risk for seizures and can cause Serotonin Syndrome. The Tramadol I took about four hours ago did little to relieve my pain. I was wondering if I can take another 50mg Tramadol to see if It helps and I can sleep tonight and tomorrow make an appointment with my doctor? Thank you very much for your attention.
