I was suggested ATORPLIP-F FOR TG AND CHOLESTROL WORKED EFFECTIVELY . NOW I STOPPED THE SAME AND TG AND LDL INCREASED AGAIN THOUGH I AM ON TOTAL DIET. I AM B+ BY BLOOD GROUP.. I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER ANY HORMONE OR ANYTHING INCREASES TG AND LDL . I STRICTLY FOLLOW THE DIET.. I AM 50 AND WEIGH ABOUT 60KG.
1. Two hormones that increase your cholesterol and TG are low thyroid hormones ( hypothyroidism) and high cortisol levels (Cushing syndrome - which is a rare disease) 2.If I were your treating physician I would have suggested a thyroid function tests and if normal will restart cholesterol medication. Most of the cholesterol disease you have to continue medications
