Have a friend that for some reason she feels nausia and very tired she has been taking the birth pill for 7 days know and she has barely been feeling this way as of 3 days ago. what is the best thing that i can give her as an option? should she stop taking the pill?
I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.
Your friends symptoms may be due to the birth control pills she is taking. Actually these pills are advantageous with few side effects . It includes, Nausea & vomiting Stomach upset Spotting inbetween periods Breast swelling or tenderness weight gain Mood changes headaches and migraine.
Usually, these side effects will reduce within few months of taking tablets. I suggest, 1. To have plain foods & avoid fried items 2. Take plenty of liquid 3. Have short meals in short breaks If still persists, consult your near by gynaecologist for help.
