Do Constipation, Bloating And Pain In The Navel Need F/U With A Gastroenterologist?

sure. I have chronic constipation my whole life. It s been fine. but the past 6 months more bloating belly button pain ruq and rt shoulder blade pain on/off Ct and/pelvis with oral and iv was negative. still extremely uncomfortable. should i f/u with a gastro md?

Hello,

Take more fiber in your diet and plenty of fluids as well. This will help you relieve your constipation, if not you can consult your doctor for a prescription. Avoid foods that are rich in undigestable sugars as these will cause bloating and will make your pain worse.
