Do Cramps, Breast Pain And Metallic Taste In Mouth While Having PCOS Suggest Pregnancy?

cramping, breast pain and a metallic taste in mouth.. and it s my 23rd days after my period. I had scanning on the 12th day and the follicle size was 22mm.. me and my husband was together after that.. and in a PCOS. had Clomid and metformin also. so any possibilities I m pregnant?
