Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Blood pressure was 165/105 a couple days ago. I haven't been exercising much for awhile while building house. Now able to and ran last couple days. This morning it was 133/95. Should I continue to exercise and see where it levels out or should I see dr now
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern. Yes exercises help to regulate the elevated blood pressure. Blood pressure of 165/105 is very high. Also resting blood pressure of 135/95 after exercise is still high. You should also start some medicine by consulting a physician along with exercise schedule. You should try dietary changes such as low salt intake. Avoid fried & spicy foods
Refer to a physician Hope this information helps
