Im 21 and when i ejaculate my semen is very thin and watery not thick and milky like its supposed to be. Do i have a low sperm count ?

Why you are just guessing about this.It is better to consult a doctor immediately who will do proper investigation then you can say that you are having low sperm count.A qualified doctor can sugget you better medication.
