Do I Have Numb Nose Turned Black Due To A Job In Warehouse Freezer ?

i used to work in a warehouse freezer and i had my nose fully exposed to the cold which was 0 degrees. i would breath in through my nose and exhale out of my mouth. I would this till my nose hurt and i could not take the pain anymore. my nose would be completley numb and white but it never turned black. Anyways did this damage my nose cartilage at all. did this make my nose cartilage grow and my nose nose widen or groe larger

Hello....u r suffering from CHILBLAINS a condition which develops due REPEATED EXPOSURE to extremely low or high temperatures...in this condition there is damage to the small blood vessels called as CAPILLARIES leafing to inflammation/redness/pain/numbness an can further leas to damage of the underlying tissues,cartilage in uf case....if its possible kindly send a photograph of ur nose....regards..dr rahul
