Do I Have Thyroid Goiter ?
i have a goiter . neutrophils, mch, mchc, and sgpt are elevated. Any clues?

It is difficult to come to a conclusion with these minimal information as the amount of increase is not mentioned clearly. If there is a thyroid problem then you need to get few more tests done which can throw some light regarding your problem. Hence it is wise to consult your ENT specialist/Gen Surgeon/Physician and get thoroughly investigated.
