Do I Have To Undergo A Surgery To Remove A Small Cyst In Ovary?

hi im josephine,I had the surgery last two years for endometriosis ovaraian cyst.After a month it reoccure to the opposite side the right ovary so now its almost two years and the cyst is 7.5cm.The doctor suggest to have another operation but they cannot promise not to hurt my ovary which is only one because my first surgery they remove my left ovary so i dont want to have a hysterectomy that is why this time im taking medical treatment i was injected for two months this time by dipherelin and my question is after the treatment and the cyst become small do i have to undergo another surgery to remove the small cyst?im 30 years of age and having 2 daugthers and 5 inch in height.
