Do I Need To Give Multivitamin Tablet To My Son When On Omnacortil For Nephrotic Stndrome With Less Height?
my son his 8 yrs old. Nephrotic syndrome for past 6yrs depended striod. Now he taking omnacortil 5mg, Envas 5mg and shelcal 500 daily. now he looks tired, height little short , whether i have to give any multivitamin tablet. daily giving him correct diet food with less salt.

Multivitamin tablet will be useful if a child is having vitamin deficiency. That short stature could be because of the steroid.
A proper measurement is required to identify if he is having short stature or not.
Steroid sparing drugs like levamisole may be required.
