Do I Really Need A Urine Culture Test?

Hi, 2 weeks ago I got my urine culture stating that I have E coli 10,000 to 50,000 cf/ml. I did the test again and got result as mixed bacterial flora 10,000 to 50,000 cf/ml. I have no symptoms. I'm pregnant and was prescribed antiobiotics. Is it really needed as I have no UTI symptoms and is less than 100,000
