Do Most Of The People At The Age Of 80 Have Difficulty In Hearing?
Nov 30 I experienced a loud explosion sound and couldn't hear. Was in hospital for tests came out with no explanation as to why. Went to an ear specialist who diagnosed me with a hearing loss and suggested a hearing aid. I am 80 years old doctor said my hearing was above average for people my age. TV and people talking all seems muttered . Do most people of age have difficulty hearing? I"m having a problem with this as I can only hear on the phone with the speaker on. Thank You
hello, it is normal for hearing loss to occur as the age progresses, but this loss varies from person to person depending on the genetic and evironmental factors. please dont worry, wear your hearing aid, you will get used to it in some time and will be able to carry out your normal functions. thanks
