Do Pace Makers Cause Stabbing Pains And Chest Discomfort?
Yes hello I had a pace maker fitted a week ago I have had small pains in what feels like the bottom of my heart like a stabbing pain should I be worried, also when I eat I get bad heart burn and wind in chest which causes quite discomfort in my chest and has stopped me getting to sleep over a few nights
Hi Thank you for sharing with HCM I read your query and understand your concern I don't think that you are suffering those symptoms from pace maker Probably it is gastritis You should try omeprasol (PPI) and be carefully with your diet Use healthy diet full of vegetables Eat small meals oftenly If symptoms persist after treatment contact your doctor Wish you good health and fast recovery Feel free to contact me further questions or queries Regards Dr Drilona Kenga Cardiologist
