Do Painful Lump In Belly Button And Painful Urination Indicate Umbilical Hernia?

I have a painful lump to the touch in my belly button and I feel a piercing pain from my belly button through my urethra. Slight pain sometimes when urinating but definite pain when I bend down. Also some bloating. Is this possibly an umbilical hernia??

Yes, that is very possible, especially if you see a bulge there. I suggest you have an ultrasound to be sure.
