Hello,

As you mentioned you had injured your head two years back. Now you have started to develop really bad travel sickness which is slowly getting worse and migraine. I want one clarification, you started having these bad travel sickness after two years from a head injury, so did you had it within two years also which started soon (say within weeks) after the injury?

If yes, then there is a possibility that your problem is related to the injury. For the treatment of which you have to show a neurologist. If no, then it is very unlikely that your problem is caused by injury, like two years (even two months) is a long time for the healing to occur, and your problem should start coming down.

In this condition, your problem of bad travel sickness is either related to ear problems or related to headaches which have started recently. I would recommend you to get yourself examined by an ENT specialist. If he is able to pinpoint the problem, then it is good he will be able to prescribe medication for it, otherwise, I would suggest you show a neurologist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Deepak Verma
