Do Small Babies Need Any Special Care After Delivery?

Hi I am 37 + weeks preg. 27 yrs old.My weight is 71 kg and height is 160 cm and afi index is 12 now. The fetal bpd is only 85 mm ac is 320 mm and fl is 75 mm. Fetal weight averages to 2700 g. I am scheduled for a cesarean in 3 days.ia my baby too small ? Does he need any spl care after delivery?
