Do Stomach Acids Really Make One Feel Dizzy?

good day doc...is it really the acids in my stomach that causes me to feel dizzy?after that feel i must lie in bed to take a rest and then after hours of lying i am vomiting a very sour tastes of the foods that i have eaten...( some foods have not yet digested) after vomiting and some rests,,,i feel better again...what is this doc?

It is the typical kind of symptoms you have stated here and that is indicative of hyperacidity.

Initially, it has to be managed with general measurements like avoiding spicy food, oily food, citrus fruits or drink. Taking more alkali diet, like green leafy vegetables is advised. Medication like Omeprazole can be tried. Drinking coffee prior to bed should be avoided.
