Do Superolateral Quadrant Labral Tear And Bone Marrow Edema Within Femoral Neck Require Immediate Medical Attention?

Hi doctors, I am 38 year old female with an issue in my right hip for almost 9 months, it began at night, my leg would get stuck and I could not straighten it and would have to sort of hop from bed and try to somehow get my self straight. Back and leg are bent and in order to be standing would have to go through serious pain but in a few minutes I would manage. Over the time it became worse, while driving, sitting, bending, changing from sitting to standing, etc. all would get me stuck the duration of the being stuck has lately reached 20-30 very painful minutes. Had an arthoram MRI done, result show: *Superolateral quadrant labral tear * Mild bone marrow edema within femoral neck, probably reactive in nature. The only option given to me as of now is of surgical nature (I have had in the last 3 years 4 sinus endoscopy surgeries and I have chronic and repetitive sinus infections as well as pneumonia 2 months ago -for the first time) . Do you have any suggestions for me? what could be the consequences of not taking care of this? Thank you, D

labrum is sort of protective structure that protects our femoral head from premature erosion and destruction. surgery is advised for labral tears because, not doing so may result in early destruction of the femoral leading to walking difficulties and pain forever. so i suggest you to make a benefit/loss analysis of the surgery and get it done to avoid late consequences.
