Do The Dark Patches On Throat Imply Symptoms Of A Re-occurrence Of Peritonsillar Abscess?
Hi, I've had a peritonsillar abcess before and I'm experiencing symptoms similar to it - however when I checked my throat it doesn't appear to be very inflamed, but there are yellow and black patches on either side of my throat. What could these be? I've never noticed black in my throat before
in my opinion peritonsillar abscess doesn't show any black patches.it will be extremely painful, excessive salivation, fever, uable to open d mouth and painful swallowing.i dont think you hav all these symptoms.have a visit to ent surgeon to rule out other tonsillar lesions.
