Do Uterine Fibroids Cause Delayed Periods And Abdominal Pain?
Hi, I m a 39 year old white female. For the past few months as I was exercising I was experiencing side pains and missed periods. So I gave exercising a break over the summer. I lightly experiencing the side pain however, I m getting delayed periods or missed periods. I m healthy otherwise. I went to my gyn and found out that I had a fibroid as big as a green grape. Could that make me feel this way?

As per your history, as you are diagnosed with fibroid on sonography. Delayed periods and abdominal pain are due to that only. Kindly consult with gynecologist and you may require that fibroid to be removed by surgery. You can take tab. Tranexamic Acid for bleeding after consultation.
