Does Adderall XR Show Up In Blood Test?
Will Adderall XR show up in my blood test? I took 30mg on the 21st, 30mg again on the 22nd, 50mg on the 23rd, then 30mg on the 24th. On the 25th I drank lots of water and peed alot & even took laxatives and went to the sauna for about 10mins. Monday afternoon (26th) around 4pm, three viles of my blood were taken for a test to check the Lithium Carbonate levels. Is it possible the amphetamines tested positive?

The drug adderall XR(Amphetamine) has half life of about average 10 to 12 hour.Means the time needed for this drug to be cleared 50%from blood is 10 to 12 hour.
This drug so totally eliminated from body within 20 to 24 hour.
Your blood for testing almost taken 24 hours after last dose.
So your blood report probably not show positive result for amphetamine.
