Does Aleve Withdrawal Cause Inflammation In The Body?

I have been taking aleve for about a year in correct doses for osteoarthritis pain. I discovered it was boosting my BP, so decided to quit cold turkey. The osteo pain is fine anyway, the good news, but I find that I am having what feel like inflammation flare ups as a result. I am guessing this is the result of the sudden end of the aleve ingestion. Any input?

Aleve is an anti-inflammatory medicine, so if you do have any inflammation going on in your body it would certainly flare up once you stop it.
