Does Anastrozole Cause Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi , I started taking Anastrozole 1mg on dec26. Today I noticed some vaginal bleeding, is this normal? If not serious I can call my oncologist tuesday . Thanks. (being treated for breast cancer stage3). gcircler@ icloud.com Alane Alcantra I have already paid my 3000 dollar deductible this year, if it’s gets worse I will go to the ER. Thanks anyway.

Anastrozole can cause vaginal bleeding. It is used in post menopausal women in advanced Stage. Anyway, please consult your oncologist. He will examine and treat you with alternate drug.
