Does COPD Cause Glassy Eyes?

Can a lung condition cause my eyes to be glassy? If not what could be causing it because a police officer ask me what medication I was on because I had glassy eyes and I don t take medication nor do I drink but I do have COPD and a broken rib from coughing.

Usually there is nothing in a COPD patient which can cause glassy eyes, it might have been just an observation by the police man and in reality it might have been nothing special i would suggest you not to panic and get a checkup with eye doctor things will clear up , police man's observation might just have been an individual thing.
