I have HBP and am newly on Coversyl 2mg.(B4 going on this medication I was taking 2 baby aspirin /day 81mg....I have since gone off the aspirin).I am experiencing an ongoing headache since beginning the Coversyl(only 1 week...and the headache intensifies/diminishes but has never gone away)as well as nausea & increased urination urges.I also take a potassium supplement daily 99 mg....I actually haven t felt well ....what do you suggest....perhaps a different medication?
Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe it appears that you have started using coversyl recently. Since that time you you had intermittent head ache. The anti hypertensives, or the hypertension it self can produce head ache. If the B.P is under control, the head ache could be due to the tablets, if the the B.P is not controlled the dose of the tablets are not sufficient so the b.p is causing the head ache. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
