Hi, Welcome to Ask a doctor services. I have read your query. Deriva CMS is a cream that effectively reduces skin inflammation & swelling along with healing pimples & acne. But if the application of the same causes redness, scaling, peeling or dryness you should immediately bring this to the medical attention of your treating doctor.
Sometimes, when it causes rash, swelling of lips & face, application should be stopped immediately to avoid the worsening of the symptoms & brought into the attention of a dermatologist. Hope I have answered your question. Take care. Regards, Dr Nupur K
