Does Diltiazem Cause Dizziness, Fatigue And Numbness In The Extremities?

Currently take Diltiazem 24HR ER. Prescribed for AFib and high BP. Previously was taking 180mg but dosage lowered due to side effects. 2 weeks on 120mg were great. Now back to same side effects. Angina due to low HR of 40-50 BPM. Seems to cause high anxiety symptoms but HR does not increase nor does respirations. Overall feeling of impending doom, flushing, dizzy, extreme fatigue, numbness in extremities. Is there a better option as I feel like the cure seems worse than the affliction?
