Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to cervical spine chronic degenerations. For this reason, I recommend performing a cervical spine X-ray study.

The changes in your blood pressure could be suggestive of orthostatic hypotension. For this reason, I recommend performing a Head-up Tilt Test in order to investigate this possible disorder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Hello,

It is necessary for performing further tests in order to investigate the possible causes underlying your complaints:

- a cervical spine X-ray study for possible chronic degenerations

- a Head-Up Tilt test in order to investigate for possible orthostatic hypotension, considering the changes in your blood pressure values.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
