Does Excedrin Extra Strength Pills Cause Backache?

I have been taking Excedrin extra strength that is a white pill two of them with no problem for some time. I bought a bottle of what I thought was Excedrin Extra Strength, the same color and configuration bottle but the pills inside are half white and green round. I am experiencing back pain. hi mam/sir,i'm happy that you mentioned the exact drug name and also an appropriate description.excedrin extra strength is actually used for pain relief and it doesnt cause any back pain.usually pills are white but dont know that half white and green color pills.kinly check the expiry date and composition on the box.acetaminophen/aspirin/caffeine are its active ingredients.if everything is ok,your back pain may be due to an abnormal posture during sleep or driving or due to muscle spasm.pain should relieve with excedrin extra strength.so please make sure it is excedrin and nothing else.any other queries,please let me know.thank you.take care.bye.
