Hello,

Femilon is a birth control pill. without an exam, I can only give general information, cannot say in your particular case, but generally, changes in hormone levels can alter the periods and make them irregular.

There can be a lot of effects on it and changes in the ability to maintain pregnancy certainly is one of them. AND an abortion and irregular bleeding is a very strong reason to consult a doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
