Does Flomax Cause Dizziness?
I am 87 years young, have ongoing heart condition, also prostate cancer, taking Flomax for that, often experience dizziness and wobbly balance when getting out of bed and on other occasions. My cardiologist suggests possible cause could be Flomax. ? eric

I would like to tell you that dizziness and orthostatic hypotension and most common side effect of Flomax ( Tamsulosin) used for BPH. To get rid of symptoms you can ask your treating physician to adjust the dose to lower quantity or to start an alternative drug of Flomax with less side effects.
