Does Fluticasone Cause Fatigue And Elevated Blood Pressure Levels?

When I use fluticasone for nasal congestion shortly after I feel fatigued and my blood pressure rises considerably. I also get heart palpitations. I use as directed. Is this common to have these side effects? The effects usually linger for a day or two after I use the spray. Any ideas

hi sir/mam,i appeciate your observation.those are the adverse effects to fluticasone.even in recommended doses, you may experience these side effects.instead of fluticasone, you can go for alternatives like claritin(loratidine),nasonex(mometasone),otrivin(xylometazoline) and so on.but please inform and discuss with your doctor who has prescribed it before you switch over to alternative.hope i'm clear so far.other issues if any, please let me know as its my pleasure to be of any help to you.thank you.take care.bye.
