Does Fucidin Help To Treat Cyst On Vaginal Opening?

I have a small cyst on the outside lip of my vagina. I went to see my doctor and he gave me fucidin cream. The cyst used to be smaller and over the last month seemed to get worse that s why I went to the doctor and he gave me this cream. Will this take this horrible thing away for good?

Hi,

Fucidin is an antibacterial cream useful in treating may bacterial infections like cyst, furuncles, abscess or folliculitis. It is quite an effective drug and can definitely be used in treating vaginal cysts.

I would suggest you to apply the drug twice or thrice a day after proper cleaning of the affected area.Your symptoms should reduce in the next three days. If not, I would suggest you to use other drugs like neosporin which is a combination of antibiotics.
